    Assignment: Olive VFM was selected to provide a full comprehensive facility management solution that is best in its class.
    The Brief: PPP at Al Luwzi consists of 700 social and affordable villas and required infrastructure under five different phases.
    Challenges:
    •To keep the common area (hardscape, roads, pavements etc) safe, clean and in good condition.
    •To maintain the wellbeing of the villas from deterioration.
    •Extent of facilities management requirements that include EDD and WDD works.
    •Multi-site operations with local services levels and standards
    •Pest Control Services for all common areas
    •Waste management and collection for all common areas
    •Landscape services for all green areas
    Solutions:
    •Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements, including:
    •Work order process (call centre, call handling, web requests)
    •Asset management solution integrated with client and suppliers technology, using CAFM system
    •Advanced disaster recover architecture and process to ensure a 24/7 operation
    •Standard operating procedure for all services
    •Developed operational budget for each use
